A Plastic
Planet

More than 50% of all plastics that have ever been created have been produced since 2007, and less than 2% of that amount has been effectively recycled. Even where recycling does occur, most plastics can only be recycled up to four times before they must be sent to landfill.

Break Free From Plastic

Plastic is everywhere. Not just on the streets and in the hedgerows, but microplastics have been found at the bottom of the deepest oceans and on the tops of the highest mountains. It has been found in our organs and our blood, it is even in our weather. Plastic is everywhere because it doesn’t degrade the way natural fibres do. Instead, it erodes into ever smaller pieces that disappear from sight but enter everything we grow, eat and drink.

Plastic Free Packaging

Plastic Free Packaging

We believe that in almost every case, there is an alternative to traditional plastic packaging – and we should use it. By working with our supply chain and through our innovation, we have removed over 8 million pieces of plastic, but we couldn’t have done it without the support of businesses who work with us. We have helped remove the plastics from crisp packets, biscuits, socks, catering essentials and palletised supplies. We have even helped our customers win awards for the work they have commissioned us to complete.

Our aim is to remove all plastic from our entire inventory by 2030.

Plastic-Free Products

Not only is our packaging plastic-free, but we’re working to make all our products plastic-free too. Our branded merchandise range is already fully biodegradable—every pen, bottle, notebook, or giveaway reflects our commitment to sustainability.

We chose branded merchandise first because it’s a clear way for companies to show their values. We’ve also removed plastic from our hampers and catering products, including all drinks and snacks. Right now, we’re dedicated to eliminating plastic from every part of our catalogue, making sustainability a standard, not an exception.
